April Malina uses her voice to change the world. A versatile instructor, producer, performer and artist, she helps others discover and tell their stories… from the heart. She helps students find their voice as the founder and instructor at The Vocal Abundance Studio. She entertains through mediums ranging from musical theater, live concerts, voiceovers, recorded music, as well as television and film. And her original materials aim to inspire. With her newly released DVD "Smart Singing for Babies" and it's companion album "Smart Singing Lullabies," April is determined to musically inspire parents, children and babies the world over.

April has worked, in many cases closely, with (or for) a wide variety of world-class artist's such as:

She performed live for President George Bush, tens of thousands of US troops throughout Iraq, Kuwait, and Bosnia; and her voice has been heard by millions over the last decade representing a global icon.

It all started when April was 2 1/2 years old. In of her first memories, she recalls sitting intently through an entire showing of Annie on Broadway, staring at the giant stage in front of her, entranced by her first musical theater experience. Just a decade later, she began  working as a professional, touring in shows such as Miss Saigon (Int'l/German Company, Int'l/Macau's International Music Festival, Chicago's Marriott Lincolnshire, Theater Under the Stars, Mccoy Rigby), Hair (European tour and original European cast recording), The Little Mermaid, The Kiss of the Spiderwoman, Into the Woods, Annie (of course), various showcases, and many more shows over the years. (It's appropriate, then that her studio ended up -- by chance? -- literally on a street named Broadway.

April has sung in a wide variety of pop and cover bands!
